Customer Service Representative
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, answer questions, provide shipment updates, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Dispatcher
Coordinate daily operations by communicating with drivers, scheduling and assigning loads, tracking shipments, and ensuring deliveries stay on schedule.
Broker
Connect shippers with reliable carriers, negotiate rates, coordinate freight shipments, and build strong relationships with customers and transportation partners.
Sales Representative
Generate new business opportunities, develop customer relationships, identify shipping needs, and help grow the company’s customer base and revenue.
